Establish strategies and contracting for Grand Hyatt Dubai’s new Waterpark opening in 2024.
Proactively find opportunities for business growth by securing the development of the existing portfolio while simultaneously acquiring new accounts.
Entertain and conduct hotel inspections with partners.
Engage in weekly sales activities to secure continuous business growth (Sales Calls, Site Inspections, Entertainment, Sales Blitz).
Assist in conducting extensive competitor research and maintain excellent product knowledge of the hotel.
Understand DMC/Tour Operators needs to build “win-win strategic partnerships.”
Liaise and work closely with related operation departments to ensure guest expectations are met.
Achieve personal sales targets.
Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and hotel policies.
Assist the team with any support they require.
Maintain positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
Ensure all employees maintain updated awareness of hotel product knowledge, current promotions, policy changes, and appropriate internal communication.
Maximize the effectiveness of Sales Coordinators by developing their skills and abilities through appropriate training, coaching, and/or mentoring.

Minimum Requirements:
Past experience in attractions or waterpark proactive sales.
Experience as a Sales Executive may be advantageous.
Good team development and leadership skills.
Computer literacy.

Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
