Job Description

• Develop and manage the annual budget for the healthcare facility, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and compliance with regulations.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for cost reduction, presenting actionable insights to senior management.
• Oversee billing and collections processes, ensuring timely reimbursement and minimizing accounts receivable days.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative departments to optimize resource allocation and improve financial performance.
• Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts, for stakeholders.
• Conduct financial modeling and forecasting to support strategic decision-making and investment planning.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and financial reporting standards, staying updated on industry changes.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, ensuring accurate and timely audits and addressing any findings.
• Lead and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Implement financial systems and technologies that enhance reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
• CA/ACCA is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years of finance experience in the healthcare industry, with a proven track record in financial management.
• Experience with healthcare financial regulations, reimbursement processes, and compliance standards is essential.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel techniques.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in financial software and systems, such as ERP systems or healthcare-specific financial platforms.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus, especially in multilingual healthcare settings.
