Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Planning Manager at Tiger Group in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Planning Manager will be responsible for overseeing project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. They will collaborate with various teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

  • Experience in the real estate or construction industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, or related field

Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop detailed project schedules and plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align project activities and schedules.
  • Resource Management: Ensure that the necessary resources (labor, materials, equipment) are available and allocated efficiently.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Track project progress against the plan, and prepare regular status reports for senior management.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that the project adheres to quality standards and meets all regulatory and contractual requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve planning processes and methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Experience: Extensive experience in project planning, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Certifications: Professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar are advantageous.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in project management software, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and the ability to work under pressure.
