We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in El-Ain, UAE. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting.
Train and supervise staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain high-quality standards.
Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Develop marketing strategies to increase revenue and attract new customers.
Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and improve existing ones.
Maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing for ingredients and supplies.
Keep track of expenses, control costs, and ensure profitability targets are met.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalam is preferred).
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a diverse team.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
