Performance Marketing Specialist - Yo Telecom

The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Performance Marketing Specialist with a strong background in Email Marketing and Lead Generation. If you are passionate about creating data-driven campaigns and have a keen eye for optimizing performance, we'd love to hear from you!

What you'll be doing:

1. Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across various digital platforms.
2. Lead email marketing strategies including campaign creation, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
3. Generate high-quality leads through targeted campaigns and innovative strategies.
4. Monitor, track, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights.
5. Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure seamless lead flow and nurturing strategies.
6. Maintain and update the CRM system (Salesforce), ensuring all leads and marketing activities are accurately recorded.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and tools to enhance overall campaign performance.

Requirements
Candidate Specification: Are you the person we are looking for?

1. Fluent in English (verbal and written).
2. Proven experience in Performance Marketing, Email Marketing, and Lead Generation.
3. Strong knowledge of Salesforce and email marketing tools (e.g., Active Campaign, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms).
4. Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize marketing efforts accordingly.
6. Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
7. Creative problem-solving skills with a keen interest in driving results.
