Planning Coordinator ( F& B Construction Experience)
Job description
- Ability to manage multiple projects, update schedules, and track progress.
- Strong verbal and written communication to coordinate with team members across different departments.
- Ability to anticipate project delays or issues and proactively find solutions.
- Ensures updates are accurate and plans are followed meticulously.
- 3-5 Years: Minimum experience in project coordination, scheduling, or related fields.
- • Experience using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Microsoft Project).
- Comfortable with project management software and reporting tools.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification: A certification like CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) or training in project management is a plus.
- Experience in Industry: Familiarity with the specific industry (e.g., F&B,openings, construction etc.).
