What You'll Do

  • Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
  • End to end monthly payroll processing within established deadlines as per the agreed SLA.
  • Processing of End of Services benefits of the employees.
  • Assist in the set-up of a new company in Adrenaline/Dynamics for payroll processing.
  • Regular meetings with the entities in identifying their issues.
  • Assist in internal and external auditing procedures related to payroll by following company standards and policies.
  • Monitor and review complete payroll accounts for verification of accuracy and in case of any discrepancies make appropriate corrections and updates, at the end of every month.
  • Make the necessary payroll accounting entries periodical also as and when required including monthly provisions and accruals.
  • Calculation of Provision of Gratuity, Leave, Air ticket, GOSI/Pension as per the country's requirements.
  • Provide information required for the preparation of Financial Statements.
  • Reconcile payroll related balance sheet accounts for maintaining accurate account balances and complying with established guidelines.
  • Ensure that all control accounts are in balance with subsidiary records and information at all times.
  • Timely prepare deduction/additions list of the employee with verified and reconciled with respective balance sheet account on a monthly basis.
  • Review and confirm the monthly accrual/benefits reports with the accuracy and financials numbers are correct as per the eligibility and policy of the management and government.
  • Perform any additional duties as requested by the Payroll Manager to support the other team as and when required.
  • Knowledge about WPS, and all aspects of payroll processes and maintaining up-to-date payroll records in ERP software.
  • Vendor accruals and amortization related to payroll vendors or PRO invoices.
  • Timely booking of outsourced payroll invoice booking, vendor reconciliation and payments.
  • Intercompany cross charges and customer invoicing related to payroll cost.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting is a must.
  • Part Qualified ACCA, CPA, CMA, CIMA, etc. will be an added advantage.
  • Advanced MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint experience.
  • Preferably good exposure to ERP Dynamics.
  • Able to meet short deadlines.
  • Maintain Confidentiality of the payroll data.
  • Ability to deliver error free work under pressure.
  • Minimum 5 years experience working in Finance Department including experience of managing the payroll function of the company.
  • GCC experience required (KSA, Kuwait, Qatar).

Recruitment Process and Timeline

First, you apply, and our talent attraction team will review your profile. If your profile matches our requirements, you will receive a link to schedule a meeting with a recruiter at your convenience. This meeting is an opportunity for you to share more about yourself and for us to get to know you better.

If you are shortlisted, you will meet with our hiring managers. Depending on the role and its requirements, you may need to attend 2-3 interview rounds. These rounds could include a case study, role-play, trial assignment, or live coding session, which will be communicated to you in the initial conversation.

Upon successful completion of the interview rounds, your recruiter will contact you to discuss the offer. We aim to complete this process within 2-3 weeks.
