Web Developer - Brand Platforms FZCO

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years experience.
2. WordPress experience.
3. Basic knowledge of SEO and SEM.
4. Strong web development and ecommerce skills.
5. Design, implement and manage websites using WordPress.
6. Create WordPress plug-ins and themes.
7. Working knowledge of Photoshop.
8. Well versed in WooCommerce.
9. Up to date on the latest trends in design and technology.
10. Ideate and create website layouts for Brand Platforms and clients.
11. Create user-friendly interfaces that are presentable, functional and optimised.
12. Well versed in JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, HTML5, CSS, CSS3, etc.
13. Maintain well-documented, reusable, and transferrable code.
14. Ensure cross-browser compatibility, Web User Interface Design (UI), Security Principles, Object-Oriented Design, Web Services (REST/SOAP).
15. Assist in Multimedia Content Development.
16. Custom ACF (Custom Fields and Fields group).
17. Proficient Understanding of MVC design patterns.
18. Exposure in Development life cycle like Git, SQL, UI, CI/CD etc.
19. Test the websites created for gaps or problems and troubleshoot and resolve issues.
20. Experience using debugging tools such as Firebug and Chrome Inspector.
21. Understanding accessibility and security compliance.
22. Optimise images, videos, gifs etc on the websites.
23. Track analytics, monitor website visitors and find ways to increase visitors.
24. Carry out regular maintenance of sites.
25. Carry out front and back-end data integration and collection and web development.

Preferred:

1. Understanding of Google Analytics and ECommerce View.
2. Basic SEM and SEO knowledge.
3. SEO Analytics.
4. AdWords/Analytics certified.
