Sales Associate

We are in search of a motivated and experienced Sales Associate to join our team at Better Bites UAE. The Sales Associate will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts, identifying new business opportunities, and cultivating relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should possess a solid background in sales, exceptional communication skills, and a strong commitment to achieving sales targets.

SALES BONUS APPLICABLE ON ACHIEVED SALES TARGETS.

Requirements:

1. In-depth knowledge of the food and beverage industry, including market trends, consumer preferences, and competitors
2. Proven experience in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
3. Ability to create and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the food industry
4. Proficiency in building and maintaining client relationships
5. Valid UAE driving license and car
6. Must have your own Visa (Student or Family)

Responsibilities:

1. Generate and qualify leads through various sales prospecting techniques
2. Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients
3. Engage in negotiations and successfully close sales deals
4. Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients
5. Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends
6. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve common objectives

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
2. Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in sales
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
4. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
5. Strong negotiation and closing abilities
