Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Female Only)
Responsibilities:
Responsible for customer inquiries, general filing, phone calls, emails, and work orders.
Facilitate communication between various cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and clarity through reports and spreadsheets as requested.
Issue, receive, type, and process various types of applications and forms.
Assist with the processing of various correspondence and notifications.
Coordinate with different team leads and managers on project costs, data entry, and database maintenance.
Handle invoices, customer service, and administrative tasks with an understanding of figures and numbers.
