Position Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the company’s growth and strategic objectives. This role partners with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develops innovative sourcing strategies, and ensures a seamless recruitment experience for candidates and stakeholders. The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a key role in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, optimizing hiring processes, and fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in talent acquisition practices. Additionally, this role includes a strong focus on Emiratization recruitment, ensuring compliance with UAE national hiring initiatives and building pipelines of qualified Emirati talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with hiring managers to assess workforce needs and define job requirements.
  2. Identify, attract, and evaluate candidates for various roles within the company.
  3. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to engage top talent.
  4. Oversee the entire recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer negotiation.
  5. Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience through clear communication.
  6. Schedule and coordinate interviews while providing timely feedback to candidates and hiring teams.
  7. Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain Emirati talent in alignment with the UAE nationalization agenda.
  8. Build relationships with Emirati job seekers, government agencies, and educational institutions to create talent pipelines.
  9. Ensure compliance with Emiratization hiring policies and regulations set by the UAE government.
  10. Track Emiratization KPIs and provide regular reports to senior management.
  11. Utilize HR tools to track candidate pipelines and hiring data.
  12. Maintain organized recruitment records and generate reports to monitor hiring effectiveness.
  13. Establish and nurture partnerships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and external hiring platforms.
  14. Work closely with internal teams to align hiring strategies with business objectives.
  15. Support DEI initiatives by implementing inclusive hiring practices.
  16. Expand diverse talent pools and ensure unbiased candidate assessments.
  17. Stay informed on recruitment trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition.
  18. Continuously refine hiring strategies to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate engagement.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing.
  3. Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment across multiple job functions.
  4. Hands-on experience with Emiratization recruitment and compliance with UAE workforce policies.
  5. Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and HR analytics tools.
  6. Familiarity with employment laws and hiring regulations.
  7. Ability to promote the company as an employer of choice through various branding initiatives.
  8. Strong ability to negotiate compensation packages and ensure smooth offer acceptance.
  9. Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and meet urgent staffing needs.
  10. The ability to build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, passive candidates, and recruitment agencies.
