Job Title: Healthcare Recruiter

Skillset: Applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software tools

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sourcing and attracting healthcare professionals for onsite medical services, including registered nurses, physicians, EMTs, and allied health staff.
  2. Managing full-cycle recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring for onsite healthcare roles.
  3. Collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to understand staffing requirements for various onsite medical service projects.
  4. Building and maintaining a talent pipeline for future onsite medical service opportunities.
  5. Utilizing multiple recruiting platforms, such as job boards, social media, and recruitment databases, to find qualified candidates.
  6. Conducting initial interviews and background checks to ensure candidate suitability for specific onsite roles.
  7. Maintaining an organized recruitment database and ensuring compliance with company hiring policies and healthcare regulations.
  8. Staying updated on industry trends, including changes in healthcare staffing, licensure requirements, and regional labor market conditions.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in healthcare recruitment, preferably with experience in recruiting for onsite medical services, occupational health, or emergency medical services.
  2. Familiarity with recruiting for roles such as nurses, paramedics, physicians, and wellness professionals.
  3. Strong ability to build relationships and collaborate with both candidates and clients.
  4. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software tools.
  5. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  6. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and certification requirements for onsite medical roles.
  7. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
