Roles and responsibilities

The Graphic Designer will be a proactive team player, excited and ready to engage on a multitude of projects with various teams, focusing on the design and development of proposals and supporting graphics, presentations, and positioning materials – from concept to completion. Must have proven skills with Adobe CS software (primarily InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) and presentation development experience.

Here's what you'll need:

  • You will be a UAE National with a relevant qualification in Graphic Design from a recognized institute.
  • You will have graphic design experience; A/E/C and/or Sales experience is a plus.
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat) and Microsoft PowerPoint; proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams); experience working with additional creative, visual, interactive, and multimedia tools is a plus.

  • Creative Skills: Strong ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts that resonate with the target audience.
  • Design Software Proficiency: Expertise in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as other graphic design software.
  • Typography Knowledge: Understanding of typography principles and the ability to choose appropriate fonts to enhance visual communication.
  • Color Theory: Knowledge of color theory and its application to create visually appealing and cohesive designs.
  • Layout and Composition: Skills in organizing elements within a design to achieve balance, hierarchy, and clarity.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulousness in reviewing designs for accuracy, consistency, and quality.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to present ideas clearly and collaborate with clients and team members.
  • Understanding of Branding: Familiarity with branding principles and the ability to create designs that align with a brand’s identity and messaging.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn new techniques and stay updated with design trends and technologies.
