Job Description: The Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing and managing project execution from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to specifications, budgets, and safety standards. This position will coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and teams to optimize resources, monitor progress, and mitigate risks. Moreover, the Site Engineer will also be responsible for maintaining quality control, compliance, and timely documentation while supervising site activities, procurement, and reporting to drive operational efficiency and project success.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Projects Engineer/Site Engineer or similar role in Natural gas projects.
3. Strong knowledge of international Natural Gas standards, UAE local authorities requirements, sites execution processes, techniques, and materials.
4. Proficient in using project management software and tools.
5. Excellent project management and organizational skills.
6. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
7. Valid UAE driving license.

Experience:

1. Plan, coordinate, and manage all assigned projects and site activities to ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines.
2. Collaborate with project stakeholders to review plans, identify potential problems, and propose effective solutions.
3. Manage and supervise site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers for efficient resource utilization and adherence to project schedules.
4. Manage project budgets, prepare and maintain other project-related documentation, including progress reports, and material records.
5. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and gas systems codes.
6. Conduct quality inspections to ensure work is carried out to the highest standards.
7. Develop and maintain engineering documents, shop drawings, budgets, and progress reports.
8. Hand over completed projects to O&M engineers, securing site NOCs and completion certificates and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance.
