Job Description

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the site construction phase of a project
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and materials deliveries
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, regulations, and safety standards
• Monitor and track project progress, including budget and timeline
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks
• Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise on site
• Prepare and submit progress reports to the project manager
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure construction plans are followed accurately
• Provide technical advice and support to the site team
• Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
• Professional engineering license or certification is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering or construction management
• Experience in fit-out projects, preferably in the retail or commercial sector
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
