We are seeking a Store Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will act as the liaison between our purchasing and the operations department, accepting ownership for effectively handling daily responsibilities and inquiries while keeping operational satisfaction at the core of every decision.
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of the store, ensuring efficient management of inventory, procurement, and staff.
The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong ability to lead and motivate a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement store sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Ensure high levels of operational satisfaction through excellent service.
- Monitor inventory levels and order products as needed.
- Train, supervise, and support store staff.
- Handle operational inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including inventory control and procurement.
- Develop and implement inventory management procedures to ensure accurate record-keeping and stock levels.
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials and supplies.
- Conduct regular stock checks and audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and safety standards.
- Prepare and maintain reports on inventory levels, stock movement, and other relevant metrics.
- Resolve any issues related to stock discrepancies, damaged goods, or supplier disputes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and efficient use of resources.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Storekeeper Manager or in a similar role.
- Restaurants or F&B background is preferable.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
