Painter

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Auto Painter to join our team in AlAin. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality paint jobs on a variety of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

Surface Preparation:

• Prepare vehicle surfaces by sanding, masking, and applying primer.
• Ensure surfaces are clean and free from rust, dirt, and other contaminants.

Painting:

• Mix and match paint colors to achieve the desired finish.
• Apply paint using spray guns and other equipment, ensuring even coverage and a smooth finish.
• Apply clear coats and other finishing materials as needed.

Quality Control:

• Inspect painted surfaces for flaws and imperfections, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
• Perform touch-ups and corrections as necessary to achieve a flawless finish.

Maintenance:

• Maintain and clean painting equipment and spray booths.
• Properly dispose of hazardous materials and follow all safety regulations.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with other technicians, service advisors, and management to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on the latest painting techniques and materials.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Certification in automotive painting or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an auto painter.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using spray guns and other painting equipment. Strong understanding of color matching and paint mixing.
• Licenses: Valid UAE driver's license.
• Personal Attributes: Strong attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
