Job Responsibilities

1. Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of personnel, property, and assets, utilizing advanced surveillance technologies.
2. Provide excellent customer service while addressing the concerns of visitors and employees, showcasing a professional demeanor at all times.
3. Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services, fostering strong relationships to enhance community safety.
4. Manage access control procedures, ensuring that only authorized individuals enter restricted areas to maintain security integrity.
5. Stay current with security protocols and industry trends through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
6. Assist in emergency response efforts, including fire drills and evacuation procedures, to ensure the safety of all individuals on site.
7. Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards, recommending corrective actions as needed.
8. Prepare detailed incident reports and documentation, ensuring all security events are recorded accurately for future reference.
9. Enforce facility policies and procedures, providing a strong presence that deters unwanted activities while maintaining a respectful atmosphere.
10. Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, conducting thorough investigations to determine the cause and escalate issues when necessary.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Sound knowledge of security to be performed at Chemical or at petrochemical Plant.
2. Good decision-making skills and response to high-pressure situations.
3. Ability to tackle troubleshooting at the plant, respond to timely inquiries, and present written/oral briefings.
