As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of our organization. Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous experience working in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a minimum of 2 years.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in utilizing recruitment tools and platforms.
