Job Title: CAD Designer

Job Location: United Arab Emirates

A skilled and detail-oriented Residential Architecture & Interior Design Draftsman to join our team and contribute to our residential projects. Your main responsibility will be to create accurate and detailed design and specification packages that will guide and be implemented in tendering and construction stages.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Preparing Concept, Schematic, Construction documents drawing packages for architecture and interior design projects including all required details and specifications based on given information from 3D SketchUp or any reference images.
2. Preparing elevations, sections, and joinery details specifications based on provided concept design model and visualizations, technical knowledge, given information, and/or sketch drawings.
3. Knowledge in fit-out, wooden joinery, and materials is a must.
4. Producing large scale drawing documentation packages in CAD and PDF.
5. Producing fully coordinated and accurate sets of drawings.
6. Expertise in AutoCAD and SketchUp.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in residential design in UAE.
2. Diploma or any other certificate in CAD, Drafting is a plus but not a must.
3. Design-oriented, creative, and independent personality.
4. Communication skills and coordination abilities with contractors and authorities.
5. Office-based.
