Senior Project Manager
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business Management, Management Information Systems, or a related major.
- Experience:
- 20 years of overall experience.
- 15 years in Project Management with experience in Corporate and Government organizations in the UAE.
- Skills & Certifications:
- Strong bilingual communication skills (Arabic/English).
- Strong experience in people change management and awareness campaigns.
- Experience in integration with external entities.
- Expertise in Project Management Methodologies, Policies, and Procedures.
- Proficiency in SDLC (Waterfall and Agile).
- PMP, Scrum, or Prince2 certification.
- Excellent team management and executive stakeholder management skills.
- Strong ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the projects scope, time, cost, resources, and risks.
- Plan, negotiate, and allocate resources while tracking efforts, progress, and timelines.
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve objectives.
- Develop and manage targeted awareness campaigns for change management.
- Facilitate integration projects with external entities and stakeholders.
- Coordinate and follow up with government entities like DEDs, Free Zones and service providers (e.g. Tasheel Amer) to boost Corporate Tax registration.
- Plan and execute the vendor selection process, including RFP development, technical/financial evaluation, and contract monitoring.
- Communicate timely project status to top management through steering committees and review meetings.
- Oversee the preparation and tracking of the Roadmap/Plan for Boosting Corporate Tax Registration.
- Comply with FTA internal and external policies, processes, and guidelines.
