The Senior HVAC Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. They will diagnose system issues, perform repairs, and ensure optimal system performance. The Senior HVAC Technician will also train and supervise junior technicians to ensure quality work and adherence to safety guidelines.
Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, and ventilation systems.
Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems and perform necessary repairs.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure system performance and efficiency.
Collaborate with clients to discuss system requirements and recommend improvements or upgrades.
Train and supervise junior technicians to ensure quality work and safety.
Keep up to date with advancements in HVAC technology and industry best practices.
Test HVAC systems and perform necessary adjustments to ensure compliance with specifications.
Comply with safety guidelines and regulations in all work processes.
Minimum Requirements
Diploma in HVAC or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HVAC technician.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
Familiarity with electrical systems and troubleshooting.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
