Senior Transport Manager

As part of a larger national group, this fast-growing company is a market leader in the commercial management of vehicles and other associated movement of goods and services.

Responsibilities:

1. Operations management of a large fleet of highly active vehicles across the UAE.
2. Plan and organize weekly team workload.
3. Work closely with peers to create optimal business practices.
4. Cost-effective performance management.
5. Manage and implement Fleet Management Systems and other IT systems.
6. Promote a safe work environment and activities.
7. Introduce and monitor team/department KPI’s and generate weekly/monthly reports.

Qualifications:

The successful person will be a strong character with 10 plus years of experience in the transport industry. They must have managerial skills and the ability to implement and manage fleet management systems.
