Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Receptionist cum Administrative Assistant (Female only) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a passionate individual committed to delivering excellent administrative support to enhance our team's efficiency and productivity. This role involves managing various administrative tasks, assisting team members, and ensuring smooth operations within our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. General Administrative Support:
    • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the real estate team, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
    • Maintain office filing systems, databases, and records accurately and efficiently.
    • Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and other activities.
  2. Documentation and Paperwork:
    • Prepare, proofread, and edit various documents, contracts, agreements, and other paperwork as required.
    • Ensure all documentation is accurately completed and filed in compliance with regulatory standards.
  3. Client Interaction and Communication:
    • Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
    • Assist in maintaining positive client relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
    • Collaborate closely with real estate agents and other team members to support them with administrative tasks as needed.
    • Coordinate and communicate effectively within the team to ensure seamless workflow and operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative role, ideally within a real estate company.
  3. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  4. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  6. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Passionate about real estate with a desire to learn and grow within the industry.

Additional Information:

This is a full-time, office-based position in Dubai.

Salary: 6,000 - 8,000 AED, commensurate with experience.
