Facilitate Audit process by External Auditors, review audit issues and definition of remediation actions.
Implement and monitor all IT standards, guidelines and ensure Readiness of Disaster Recovery process.
Facilitate the on-going development of a best practice IT risk management framework.
Review IT strategic plan, ensure IT initiatives align with business.
Establish and monitor IT performance, develop IT performance tool and execute corrective action where necessary.
IT Asset & Infrastructure Management
Assume responsibility for hardware and software throughout the organization.
Overseeing implementation of upgrades, projects and new technologies.
Lead the development, implementation and maintenance of virtualized server environment.
Establish and maintain asset monitoring tools.
Software license requirements and compliance.
Directs the activities of department staff, coordinates with vendors involved in providing hardware and software maintenance activities.
Conducts analysis and preparation of financial budgets.
Responsible for the integrity of the network infrastructure.
Technical Management
Solutions research, design and development, reduce cost & increase IT service level.
Project and Programme Management & Executions.
Establish and monitor Preventive Maintenance Schedule Execution.
Overseeing PABX maintenance and availability.
Lead IT threat management and monitoring.
Manage DNS (Domain Name System) management and availability.
Directs the use of equipment for capacity planning, maintenance and diagnostic purposes.
Application Management
Define and maintain architecture principles and standards for application development, based on the company’s business requirements.
Set Direction for database management and performance monitoring.
Review functional and technical designs.
Solution research & lead in-house reports development (e.g. Keypoint, CRM, Wiz, Excel formulation, etc).
Communicate system architecture to technical and business audiences.
Collaboration with other Head of Department / Manager to formalize:
a) Business requirement on information.
b) Business Process Automation requirement.
Collaboration with solution provider to achieve organization's requirement, translate business requirement into technology. Set proper Service Level Target for vendor support.
Provide tools for managing applications, data, and applications systems performance.
Guide and lead in-house initiative for application / reports development.
IT Support & Relationship Management
Monitors problem management database (ITHelpdesk) and follows up with assigned personnel to ensure timely resolution of problems.
Provide tool for ticketing monitoring.
Maintains a central source of information enabling support team to recover outages with minimal disruption to expected service levels.
Measure support performance and internal customer satisfaction.
IT Security Management
Leads or commissions the preparation and authorizes the implementation of necessary information security policies, standards, procedures and guidelines.
Leads or commissions information security risk assessments and controls selection activities.
Review and approve access matrix.
Review antivirus monitoring activities.
Establish and manage firewall rule, ensure protection from malicious attack.
Requirements
Minimum 9 Years in IT field and minimum 3 years in IT Management role.
Degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent.
Knowledge in IT Management Standard i.e. ITIL, COBIT.
