A global trade solutions company is looking for an HR Specialist. The selected candidate will provide professional advice on people-related matters, manage systems, and support strategic workforce planning.
Responsibilities
Provide sound advice to management on employee matters
Support strategic workforce planning initiatives with high-quality analysis
Manage local and regional projects using effective project management skills
Analyse business issues, identify opportunities, and recommend solutions
Maintain expert knowledge on labor-related legislation and trends
Communicate people policies and drive employee engagement
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
More than 3 years of experience
Experience in general HR, people engagement, and management
Understanding of labor legislation or employment laws
Familiarity with technology or applications (Workday or any HR Management Systems)
Proficient in MS Excel and Power BI is a plus
Proficient in written and spoken English and Japanese
