Creative Specialist (Content Creation & Design)
Job Summary
The Creative Specialist is responsible for all aspects of content creation and visual design across digital and offline channels. This role requires a strong creative vision, technical design skills, and the ability to bring the brand to life through compelling storytelling and high-quality visuals. The Creative Specialist will manage all graphic design, photography, videography, and creative execution to ensure consistency and alignment with brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Visual Storytelling
- Develop, shoot, edit, and produce high-quality content for social media, digital platforms, and marketing campaigns (photos, videos, graphics).
- Create engaging, on-brand content that enhances brand affinity and encourages community engagement.
- Travel to different locations to film and photograph services, behind-the-scenes moments, and brand experiences.
- Stay updated with the latest creative trends, ensuring fresh, innovative content strategies.
Graphic Design & Brand Custodianship
- Design all digital and print marketing assets, including social media graphics, promotional materials, website visuals, in-store displays, and event collateral.
- Ensure all creative materials align with brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all channels.
- Manage and organize the company’s image bank, ensuring easy access to high-quality visual assets.
- Lead creative direction for new campaigns, ensuring an engaging and consistent aesthetic.
Campaigns & Event Branding
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visually compelling campaigns.
- Conceptualize and execute creative assets for in-store campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, and brand promotions.
- Lead the creative direction for in-store activations, ensuring visually stunning displays, signage, and digital screens.
Photography & Videography
- Shoot, and edit visual content for digital and print use, including product/service photography and event coverage.
- Develop short-form video content (e.g., reels, behind-the-scenes footage, campaign highlights).
Desired Candidate Profile
Skills & Qualifications
- Creativity & Aesthetic Sense – Strong understanding of visual storytelling, branding, and design principles.
- Graphic Design Expertise – Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar tools.
- Photography & Videography – Experience in shooting, editing, and producing high-quality content.
- Social Media Savvy – Understanding of platform-specific content trends (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Attention to Detail – Ability to maintain brand consistency across all visual assets.
- Time Management – Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
