Job description
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process for entry-level positions.
- Assist in recruiting mid and senior-level roles by posting vacancies, conducting phone screenings, and performing reference checks.
- Handle all recruitment communications, including interview scheduling and updating candidates on their application status.
- Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and relocation processes, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Conduct exit interviews to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Facilitate orientation sessions to introduce new hires to Throne Properties values, behaviors, policies, and HR processes.
- Monitor the completion of annual training on Dubizzle, Bayut, Property Finder, and developer training programs.
- Ensure timely execution of performance reviews, including goal setting, mid-year, and year-end evaluations.
- Support payroll processing by managing relevant documentation and providing accurate reports to the finance team.
- Prepare HR documents such as NOCs, salary certificates, and other official letters.
- Maintain and update employee data and records in the HR system.
- Manage visa processes, including renewals and cancellations.
- Serve as the primary contact for HR-related inquiries, implement office procedures, gather client feedback, and assess broker experiences.
- Provide comprehensive HR support to the Group CEO.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations.
- Ability to navigate a matrix organization and collaborate across departments.
- Proven multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
