As haus & haus continues to expand rapidly in the market, we need more hands-on deck to support our exceptional agents and marketing programs. Our marketing team leads all the company content development, manages our company channels and delivers campaigns with a wide range of tactics including webinars, podcasts, digital advertising, events, web & social content, and video production (to name a few).

Holding marketing qualifications and having worked previously in marketing roles, you’ll know that you need a foundation of administration and project management skills in order to deliver exceptional marketing programs. Experience in real estate is not required; however, knowledge and experience working in the Dubai market will be a distinct advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working closely with marketing team members to support the successful execution of tactics across campaigns.
• Utilising administration skills to ensure Monday.com, our project management platform, is kept up to date with tasks and all related documents are filed and stored efficiently.
• Basic data analytics, updating and pulling reports from internal systems, general budget management, and sorting in Excel and PowerPoint as required.
• Copywriting for social media, website, and other marketing materials.
• Social channel posting and response management.

Skills Requirements:

• Marketing qualifications and at least 1-2 years experience in marketing and/or related roles.
• Highly proficient use of Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Administrative and/or coordinator skills, with demonstrated project management and organisational experience.
• Outstanding written and verbal English skills.
• Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Existing experience in related applications such as Monday.com and Hubspot (or similar lead management/CRM tools) would be an advantage.
• Team player with a proactive, flexible, and enthusiastic attitude.
• A sense of humour and the ability to amuse colleagues with cheesy gifs is a must!
