Job Title : Forex Retention Agent (Indian Market)

Key Responsibilities :

1. Client Retention : Engage with existing traders from the Indian market to build trust, foster long-term relationships, and maximize client satisfaction.
2. Account Management : Maintain a thorough understanding of clients’ trading activities, address their concerns proactively, and offer tailored solutions or product offerings.
3. Upselling & Cross-Selling : Identify opportunities to present new services, trading tools, or promotions that can enhance clients’ trading experiences.
4. Market Updates : Keep clients informed about market trends, economic news, and trading insights relevant to the Indian market.
5. Compliance : Adhere strictly to all regulatory guidelines and company policies to ensure ethical and compliant operations.

Requirements :

1. Experience : A minimum of 6 months in a Forex retention or similar customer retention role, preferably in a financial / brokerage setting.
2. Language Skills : Fluency or strong proficiency in English and at least one major Indian language (e.g., Hindi, Bengali, Punjabi, Tamil, etc.).
3. Location : Must be based in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) with a valid residence visa or the ability to legally work in the country.
4. Regulatory Knowledge : Familiarity with regulated environments and compliance requirements within the financial services sector.
5. Customer-Centric Mindset : Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and retain clients.
6. Goal-Driven : Ability to meet retention targets, KPIs, and contribute positively to the sales and retention team’s overall performance.
