Key Responsibilities
- Launching & running best-in-class persona programs across distribution and panel builder channels.
- Digitize end-to-end partner experience.
- Build deep visibility of business performance through deployment of new tools & analytics.
- Transform Gulf transactional sales into an omnichannel experience.
- Scale-up Schneider Electric brand resonance with targeted personas.
Operational Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing the marketplace strategy.
- Work hand-in-hand with sales, offer marketing & marcom to deploy initiatives that support business ambitions.
- Deploy AMSP initiatives and meet ambitions.
- Follow and review the Sales.
- Execute the Channel management transformation into Digital Channel management.
- Drive eCommerce within the cluster.
- Deploy all relevant & targeted persona programs from LOB.
- Support the transformation of current Schneider Electric Distributors.
