Develop and administer comprehensive compensation strategies, including salary structures, incentive plans, and bonus programs.
Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation practices and recommend changes that are cost-effective and consistent with compensation trends and objectives.
Conduct job evaluations and market analyses to determine competitive salary ranges and make recommendations to ensure internal equity.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compensation and salary policies and procedures and investigate shortfalls in salary and allowances, providing control information and proposing revisions where necessary to ensure that policies meet Group objectives.
Recommend changes to salary compensation or remuneration packages and other employee benefits, in line with other major companies’ total packages.
Formulate new policies and procedures based on market trends system-wide and ensure that personnel policies and procedures are in line with Labor Laws in UAE.
Develop and evolve the Group pay scale and structure.
Determine competitive wage rates and adjust as necessary.
Develop a department budget and keep operations within that budget.
Oversee the annual merit review process, including performance-based salary adjustments.
Stay up to date with market trends and industry best practices in compensation to ensure the group remains competitive.
Manage the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefit programs, such as retirement plans, wellness programs, and voluntary benefits.
Collaborate with external vendors and brokers to evaluate and negotiate benefit plan options and cost structures.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Develop and deliver employee communications to educate and inform employees about available benefits and enrollment processes.
Maintain a thorough understanding of local laws governing compensation and benefits, and ensure our programs comply with these regulations.
Monitor legislative changes and propose necessary updates or modifications to policies and procedures to maintain compliance.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to compensation and benefits, including market benchmarks, utilization rates, and cost analysis.
Provide insights and recommendations to HR and senior leadership on compensation and benefit strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Assist with resolving complex employee issues related to compensation and benefits, including disputes and appeals.
Work Experience:
A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the field of Human Resources with emphasis on salary management, Payroll Control, and Employee Compensation.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, human resources, or related field.
