What you'll do:

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts. You will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating the hiring process to ensure a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.

  1. Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to shortlist candidates.
  2. Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure smooth interview processes.
  3. Maintain and update the interview tracker to monitor candidate progress.
  4. Ensure timely collection and verification of candidate documents.
  5. Assist in the employee onboarding process.
  6. Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports for the talent acquisition team.
  7. Drive the Employer Branding efforts on LinkedIn by promoting the company's values and culture throughout the recruitment process.
  8. Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities.

What you'll need:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  2. Past internship or experience in recruitment or HR is a plus.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to deal with stakeholders in different countries and time zones.
  5. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  7. Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn with strong attention to detail.
  8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
