We are seeking a Social Media Executive, who will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies across various platforms. You will play a key role in creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, and analyzing performance metrics to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies tailored to each clients goals and target audience.
  • Content Creation: Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content (including text, images, videos, and infographics references) for various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Community Management: Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and foster a positive online community.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools. Prepare regular reports on key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our clients ahead of the curve.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with the creative, content, and marketing teams to develop cohesive and impactful social media campaigns.
  • Crisis Management: Monitor and manage potential issues on social media, providing timely and appropriate responses to protect the brands reputation.
  • Advertising: Set up, manage, and optimize social media advertising campaigns to achieve specific client goals, such as lead generation, brand awareness, or sales.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Executive, Social Media Specialist, or similar role, preferably in an advertising or digital marketing agency.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and tools.
  • Strong understanding of social media metrics, SEO, and content optimization.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative ideas and content.
  • 2+ years of experience within a digital marketing or creative agency environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in managing paid social media campaigns.
  • Understanding of influencer marketing and collaboration.
  • Experience in Real Estate related social media accounts is a plus.
