Job Description

Position Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree & other qualifications.
  2. 8-10 years’ experience preferably in UAE/Gulf with Engineering Consultant/Contracting companies.
  3. Responsibilities include:
  • Timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of documents.
  • Control, prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms.
  • Control the numbering, sorting, filing, storing, and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents produced by technical teams, projects, or departments.
  • Attend calls, take messages, and handle correspondence professionally.
  • Maintain diaries and arrange appointments.
  • Organize and serve meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes).
  • Type, prepare, and collate reports.
  • Manage databases filing.
  • Undertake general receptionist duties when required.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office.
  • Competency in detail & accuracy.
  • Ability to handle multitasks and work under pressure.
  • Prioritize work schedules.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills (both written & verbal).
  • Salary: AED 5,000 – 6,000 (all inclusive).
