What are we looking for

A Spa Therapist serving Hilton Brand hotels and vacations is always working on behalf of our Guests and with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills and values that follow:

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Experience in hospitality or customer service industry is required
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language to effectively communicate with guests
• Ability to speak effectively in front of groups of customers or employees of the organization
• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
• At least 1 year experience in the spa or hospitality industry
• Experience in a resort or wellness related field
