Job Title: Business Development Specialist

Location: Dubai, UAE

Requirements:

• Female, Arabic, with strong communication skills. Professional fluency in both English and Arabic, required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in one or more of the following: Business Setup Services, Customer Service, Management Consultancy, Banking Sector, or Real Estate.
• Proven track record in sales and business development.
• Demonstrated success in lead conversion and client acquisition.
• Experience working with targets and KPIs.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Adaptable to learning new technology platforms.
• Experience with Odoo or monday.com is an advantage.
• Available for immediate start.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Saturday
• 9 AM to 6 PM
• Office-based position in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business development initiatives by actively sourcing out clients.
• Convert provided leads into paying clients by providing them with the right information about setting up business in Dubai/Freezone/Offshore.
• Build and maintain a strong client portfolio.
• Meet monthly sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service, guiding clients through the process of acquiring a business license and other post-license activities.
• Build a network of clients through referrals.
