Job Title: HR Administrator (Junior Role)

Experience: 2 to 5 years
Qualifications: Bachelor of Business Administration (Management) or Diploma in Human Resources or a relevant field
Job Function: HR / Industrial Relations / Training
Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain personnel records, HR documents, contracts, and new hire guides.
- Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors and suppliers.
- Admin duties include sourcing stationery, IT supplies, uniforms, etc.
- Answer employee queries about HR-related issues.
- Assist the payroll department by providing relevant employee information, including reimbursements.
- Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms.
- Participate in HR projects (e.g., help organize meetings, trainings, events).
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant, or relevant role.
- Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS.
- Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular).
- Organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Immediate joining preferred.
