Job Title: HR Administrator (Junior Role)

Job Location: Sharjah, United Arab Emirates

Vacancy: 1 Vacancy

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Qualifications: Bachelor of Business Administration (Management) or Diploma in Human Resources or a relevant field

Job Function: HR / Industrial Relations / Training

Responsibilities:

  1. Organize and maintain personnel records, HR documents, contracts, and new hire guides.
  2. Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors and suppliers.
  3. Admin duties include sourcing stationery, IT supplies, uniforms, etc.
  4. Answer employee queries about HR-related issues.
  5. Assist the payroll department by providing relevant employee information, including reimbursements.
  6. Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms.
  7. Participate in HR projects (e.g., help organize meetings, trainings, events).

Requirements and Skills:

  1. Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant, or relevant role.
  2. Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS.
  3. Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular).
  4. Organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Immediate joining preferred.
