Sr Graphic Designer

We are recruiting a Sr. Graphic Designer for one of our clients based in Abu Dhabi UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage design projects for various clients ensuring timely delivery while adhering to brand guidelines.
2. Conceptualize, create, and execute visually appealing designs for both digital and print platforms including websites, social media, advertising campaigns, packaging, and marketing materials.
3. Collaborate with the creative director, copywriters, and other team members to deliver cohesive visual solutions.
4. Work closely with clients to grasp their objectives and provide design solutions that align with their brand vision and goals.
5. Supervise junior designers and freelancers offering guidance, feedback, and mentorship to ensure the team produces outstanding work.
6. Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and design technologies to propose innovative solutions to clients.
7. Present design concepts and strategies to clients, clearly explaining the creative rationale and making revisions as needed.
8. Ensure consistency and high quality across all design deliverables.
9. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creativity with efficiency while working under tight deadlines.
10. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for upcoming projects.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
2. Proven expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and proficiency with other design software (e.g. Sketch, Figma).
3. A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills, particularly in branding, advertising, and digital campaigns.
4. 5 to 7 years of experience in graphic design, including a minimum of 3 years in a creative agency.
