Job Description
- Develop and manage content for social media, websites, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
- Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and product sales.
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day marketing campaigns across digital, print, and in-store channels.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to inform marketing strategies.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
- Support the creation and execution of promotional events, product launches, and trade shows.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, product, etc.) to ensure alignment with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
- Assist in managing relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners.
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and staying within allocated spend.
- Assist in the development of sales tools and collateral to support the sales team.
- Conduct market research and consumer surveys to gather insights and identify new opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the FMCG or retail sectors.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics (social media, SEO, Google Ads, etc.).
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A creative mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to improve marketing efforts.
- Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across departments.
