Job Description

  • Develop and manage content for social media, websites, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
  • Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and product sales.
  • Coordinate and manage day-to-day marketing campaigns across digital, print, and in-store channels.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to inform marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
  • Support the creation and execution of promotional events, product launches, and trade shows.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, product, etc.) to ensure alignment with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Assist in managing relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners.
  • Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and staying within allocated spend.
  • Assist in the development of sales tools and collateral to support the sales team.
  • Conduct market research and consumer surveys to gather insights and identify new opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the FMCG or retail sectors.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics (social media, SEO, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A creative mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to improve marketing efforts.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across departments.
