Luxury Training Manager – Middle East

A leading global luxury retail brand is looking for a high level Training Manager to join them and head up one of their business units’ Training functions across the Middle East. Based in Dubai, this role will involve a fair amount of travel across the region.

The main aim of this position is to define the Middle East training plan and animate the training sessions in order to strengthen both the brand know-how of participants (i.e. Boutique teams, Wholesale boutique teams, Retailers and other employees in the Middle East), in line with the objectives and priorities defined by the Global Training Manager and the Middle East business unit Director, and in line with the group’s global training strategy.

Duties:

Preparation of Trainings:

1. Define and prepare the training plan for Middle East in cooperation with HR, Operational Marketing, and according to the guidelines given by the Europe Training Manager and Middle East Director. Ensure the plan's implementation.
2. Prepare and supervise the annual planning of Middle East trainings.
3. Adapt the trainings provided by Europe Training Manager if needed and optimise their content taking into account the local market's habits and the different needs of each population to be trained.
4. Prepare the logistics of trainings: send invitations & reminders, book training room & catering, print handouts, organise all necessary materials/tools including edition or gifts if any, set up the training room before the training, for teams only: prepare a chart of each participant with its boutique name and have it signed by each participant to confirm his participation to the training (this information shall be sent to local HR and to the Europe Training team for information).

1. Animate trainings of different levels and durations for boutique teams, Fashion boutique teams, wholesale boutique teams, retailers and Dubai.

1. You must have exposure at Managerial or Lead Trainer position with a luxury retail brand either in the Middle East or Internationally.
2. Your experience can be in any business unit within luxury retail.
