Enterprise Resources Planning Technical Consultant

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering or related field.

Requirements:

• 4 to 6 Years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O SCM implementation in various versions.
• Provide technical consultancy to Business (end users) for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O projects.
• Interact with the Business to gather business requirements and document them.
• Design and develop end-to-end solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Services Industry, POS, Commerce, P2P, and Finance Modules.
• Lead Data migrations from legacy to Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Design and develop Dynamics 365 retail extensions (customizations and integrations).
• Able to design, develop, test and support data integrations between third-party, legacy systems, using D365 web services and file-based integration, CDX (Common Data Exchange) and CDS (Common Data Service), .NET business connector, data entities and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and common known technologies.
• Implement best practices and improve the ongoing maintenance process.
• Reports development for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Perform technical analysis of solution designs in Dynamics 365 F&O.
• PSP (Payment Service Providers) integration with D365 F&O.
• Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services (LCS) Management.
• Customize proprietary software based on Business needs.
• Assure that application design and implementation are consistent with technology strategy, assist in devising unit test plans.
• Provide production support for Microsoft systems.
• Act as liaison with offshore development and functional team.
• Support all business entities within the group.

Responsibilities & Authorities:

• Review proposed ERP Dynamics 365 F&O solution, process, and customizations.
• Participate in implementation of the devised processes and validate the proposed efforts.
• Participate and validate business requirements, solution design & CRP.
• Validate gap analysis between a client's requirements and the functionality within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and propose by the implementation partner.
• Collaborate with vendors/other team members and validate provided workarounds and solution design technically.
• Ability to provide day-to-day operational support to business users for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Validate the business impact analysis solution design.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and address user queries.
• Participate and add value in project implementation process.
• Validate technical designs & functional solutions proposed, enhancements, and integrations with other business applications/products.
• Preferable Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Certifications.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Fluency in the English language.
