As a Junior Legal Associate, you will be responsible for providing support to our legal team in various tasks such as conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and assisting in litigation preparation. You will work closely with senior attorneys to ensure compliance with laws and regulations, as well as assisting in the development and implementation of legal strategies. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Responsibilities
Conduct legal research and analysis to support senior legal team members in case preparation.
Assist in drafting legal documents, including contracts, briefs, and legal memoranda.
File legal documents with the appropriate courts and administrative agencies.
Review and summarize legal documents and case files.
Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information.
Attend client meetings, court hearings, and depositions as needed.
Assist with due diligence in corporate transactions.
Maintain and organize legal files and databases.
Stay up to date on changes in laws and regulations relevant to the practice area.
Perform other general administrative tasks as assigned.
