We are looking for a Product Owner to join our client, who are a leading global SaaS organization in Dubai. As a Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our products by taking ownership of the product backlog, defining the product roadmap, and ensuring alignment with the overall product vision and strategy set forth by business leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
• Serve as the central point of contact between the development team, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, facilitating clear communication and alignment throughout the development lifecycle.
• Monitor progress against the product roadmap, proactively identify and mitigate risks, and adjust plans to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Collaborate with the Product Director to translate the product vision and strategy into actionable objectives and initiatives.
• Advocate for the product vision and strategy within the team and across the organization, fostering alignment and support.
• Define and manage the product roadmap, focusing on feature prioritization and effective release planning.
• Develop detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation to guide and support the development team.
• Work closely with the development team to clarify product requirements, resolve issues, and ensure successful delivery of product increments.
• Continuously assess product performance, gathering feedback from customers and stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and guide future enhancements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain market competitiveness.
• Collaborate with development, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality products on schedule and within budget constraints.

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of experience in roles relating to product, ideally working within a SaaS or technology/fintech environment.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and build relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
• Strong technical foundation, capable of understanding and discussing technical concepts and requirements with development teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, complemented by a sharp attention to detail.
• Demonstrated success in managing products from concept through to launch.
• Enthusiasm for emerging technologies and staying updated on advancements in modern software development.
