Senior Product Manager - Fintech

Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Senior Product Manager - Fintech - this is a hybrid role in Dubai, UAE.

Your team

You will be part of a group of self-motivated, driven Product and Engineering professionals who are pragmatic, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in creating market-leading crypto products.

Your role in the Team's Success

In this role, you will understand our existing crypto offering and capabilities and understand how it compares to competitors. Using your deep knowledge of the crypto market and crypto traders and track record in product development, you will develop a compelling, market-leading proposition.

What you'll do

1. Understand our existing crypto offerings, capabilities and limitations, and understand how it compares to the marketplace across competitors and crypto-native firms.
2. Use deep knowledge of the crypto market and retail crypto traders to ideate and develop a compelling, highly competitive proposition.
3. Operationalize this proposition by building and leading a team who can successfully build, test, and market new crypto products to customers in APAC.
4. Continually iterate and enhance the customer experience, across products and geographies, spanning across CeFi and DeFi.
5. Adhere to company-wide risk, compliance and financial policies, processes, and frameworks.

1. Experience building a crypto proposition at a competitor or crypto-native firm.
2. Highly commercial with proven product management experience.
3. Experience working with retail and professional clients.
4. Come from an engineering background prior to moving into Product Management.
5. Able to work 3 days a week in the office.
