Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Project Management Specialist to oversee and execute key projects within PSI. This role will be responsible for ensuring project deliverables align with business goals, managing cross-functional teams, and maintaining timelines and budgets for high-impact initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Execution
   Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with company goals.
   Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation schedules.
   Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
2. Budget and Resource Management
   Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
   Allocate resources efficiently to meet project demands and deadlines.
3. Stakeholder Communication
   Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates and reports.
   Conduct regular status meetings and provide comprehensive project documentation.
4. Risk Management
   Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
   Resolve issues promptly to avoid project delays or quality compromises.
5. Quality Assurance
   Ensure all projects meet organizational standards and deliverables exceed client expectations.
   Conduct post-project evaluations to document learnings and improve processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in real estate or a similar industry.
3. Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, or Trello).
4. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
5. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
