Our client, a prominent automotive company, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager Sales & Business Development to be based in Dubai. Your duties and responsibilities would include but are not limited to:
Develop long-term and short-term sales strategies to establish profitable and long-term business associations with OEMs and Dealerships. Coordinate for commercials related discussions with OEMs/Dealers.
Generate new sales from a portfolio of accounts to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
Identify new potential customers within the allocated geographical area and implement business development activities.
Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction with the company and its products.
Provide customers and potential customers with information about company products and services.
Maintain awareness of the market (clients, competitors, suppliers) and use any relevant information to increase the conversion rate.
Maintain awareness of developments in sales processes and product development.
Sales forecasting by monthly/quarterly and ensure sales plan adherence.
Achieve assigned sales for our products in the assigned territory; operate within the assigned expense budget and achieve new product sales program.
Network and gather competition information and advise management with significant market information.
Liaise internally with all designers and product engineers and report new product ideas.
The role will involve commercial operational & financial responsibility across the vertical.
Requirements
To be considered, you need to meet the following requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering & MBA in Marketing & Sales.
Experience in the automotive industry only; experience in automotive accessories.
Experience: 6 to 8 years in the automotive industry, such as entertainment systems, body kits, interior accessories, sensors, badges, leather products, wireless charging, HUDs, etc.
