Job Overview:

Emirates Talent Solution is seeking skilled Production & Installation Workers with relevant experience in the signage and outdoor media advertising industry. The ideal candidates will be responsible for assisting in the production and installation of signage projects, ensuring high-quality work and timely completion.

Responsibilities:

Production Duties:

• Assist in the fabrication and assembly of various types of signage.
• Operate machinery and tools used in the production process.
• Ensure all products meet quality standards before delivery.

Installation Duties:

• Install signage at various indoor and outdoor locations.
• Follow installation plans and ensure proper placement and alignment.
• Ensure installations are secure, safe, and comply with client requirements.

Material Handling:

• Load and unload materials and equipment required for production and installation.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of tools and materials.

Health & Safety:

• Follow safety protocols during production and installation activities.
• Use protective gear and ensure a safe working environment.

Maintenance:

• Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or issues to the supervisor.

Team Support:

• Assist other team members as needed to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in signage production and installation is preferred.
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to different installation sites.
