Job description
- Oversee daily Food & Beverage operations, ensuring top-tier service and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to deliver memorable dining experiences.
- Manage inventory, orders, and supplies to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality beverages and exceptional service.
- Train, mentor, and motivate the bar staff to maintain top performance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, maintaining a pristine environment.
- Collaborate with the restaurant manager to develop new beverage offerings and promotions.
- Gain understanding of the departmental goals and financial targets and support your Line Manager to achieve these targets.
- Conduct on-the-job training in accordance with the departmental standards and procedures and maintain a record of progress for each staff member.
- Ensure new staff complete their Orientation program on a timely basis.
- Assist with the preparation of efficient departmental work schedules.
- Handle guest inquiries and feedback to ensure a memorable bar experience.
- Be attentive to guests and anticipate guests’ needs.
- Accurately and promptly fulfill guests' requests.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge which affects the guest experience.
- Demonstrate a ‘service’ attitude.
- Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints.
