Conduct daily checks, startup, closing procedures, preventive and corrective maintenance of AVL systems for all rides and attractions.
Ensure that the AVL systems for rides and attractions are prepared well in advance of the park's operational hours.
Maintain and prioritize the safety of all colleagues and guests by ensuring the rides and attractions are safe.
Promptly respond to and resolve any downtime issues with the rides and attractions.
Minimize downtime by performing preventive maintenance activities in accordance with manufacturer's requirements.
Report and communicate any issues or concerns affecting the safe operation of AVL systems for rides and attractions to Team Leaders.
Complete and submit all preventive maintenance checklists to Team Leaders by the designated deadline.
Possess the ability to comprehend single line diagrams for audio, video, and lighting systems, as well as rack elevation diagrams.
Familiarize oneself with the functions of products and solutions offered by the Show Technology department.
Take responsibility for testing, labeling, and organizing various types of cables and products before, during, and after installation.
Assemble racks and install equipment as required.
Ensure that all corrective maintenance is performed effectively to prevent recurring issues.
Attend briefings, training sessions, and development programs to promote personal growth.
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma in Electronics, or Computer Engineering
One year in AVL maintenance field
To be expert in at least one of the following fields:
Electronics
Electrical
Computer Engineering
Clear understanding of both written and spoken English.
Primary and secondary color identification.
Good speaking and hearing ability.
Extensive knowledge in one or more of the following areas: projectors, QSC, Dante, show control systems, show lighting, media servers, and relevant certifications.
Proficient in understanding IP network systems.
Ability to comprehend one-line drawings and schematics.
Physical fitness.
Ability to lift at least 25 kg.
Ability to work at height.
Ability to work in rotation shifts including night shift.
Desirables:
Technical education/training in vocational training institute in their field of expertise (Technical Diploma or Degree in communications or broadcasting).
1+ years relevant working experience in the maintenance of AVL equipment in a theme park or hospitality environment.
1+ years experience in the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic devices and components.
Demonstrated proficiency in troubleshooting.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Adherence to strict timelines.
Willingness to stand for extended periods if necessary.
Trained and experienced in working at heights.
Solid understanding of installation tools and proficient in their usage.
